UPC Progression Scholarships

The UCL UPC Progression Scholarships aim to encourage UPCSE and UPCH students to continue to undergraduate study at »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË.

Key information

Value:Ìý£5,000 (perÌýyear, for the duration of the undergraduate programme)
Available to:ÌýStudentsÌýenrolled on UCL's UPCSE (PreparatoryÌýCertificate for Science and Engineering) or UPCH (PreparatoryÌýCertificate for Humanities and Social Sciences) programme
Selection criteria:ÌýAcademic merit
Eligible fee status:Ìý´¡±ô±ô
Eligible programmes:ÌýAll full-time undergraduate programmesÌý
Additional eligibility criteria:ÌýAnnual renewal of the scholarships is based on satisfactory progress of the scholars who areÌýexpected to maintain an academic standard equivalent to at least an upper second-class honoursÌý(2:1) throughout the undergraduate programme.
Deadline: There is no application procedure. All UCL UPCSE/UPCH students holding an offer of admissionÌýfor undergraduate studies at »Ê¼Ò»ªÈËill be considered.

Selection

Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic performance. The selected scholars will be the UPCSE/UPCH students with the highest academic performance throughout theÌýUPCSE/UPCH programme. Financial circumstances are not taken into account.


How to apply

There is no application procedure. All UCL UPCSE/UPCH students holding an offer of admissionÌýfor undergraduate studies at »Ê¼Ò»ªÈËill be considered.


Results

The UCL Centre for Languages and International Education will make its recommendation inÌýAugust, and the successful candidates can expect to be officially notified in September.
