T100 and Business Continuity Planning

26 February 2021

Planning is one of the 8 areas forming Target 100 and requires evidence of incident planning and business continuity management.

The Target 100 Programme applies to all faculties and departments and is a positive developmental process based on the cycle of Plan, Do, Check, Act.

Many faculties and departments revisited their Response and Contingency Plans and Business Impact Analysis assessments in March 2020 to help themselves and UCL senior management maintain critical business delivery, research and core operations through the ongoing COVID-19 situation. To meet industry best practice all plans should be reviewed annually, which also provides you with an opportunity to easily transfer your plan to the latest user friendly template and conform to the planning requirements of T100.

UCL’s Business Continuity Management Advisor, Ray Sykes, can support you in the development and review of your plans using the latest user friendly templates.
