Safety Alert - Reporting Accidents

Safety Services issued a safety alert on Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR).
Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) requires UCL to report all serious workplace incidents and accidents to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) within 10 days of the incident occurring.
Action to be taken
If your department relies on specific persons to report accidents on riskNET then by 31 July 2018 you must ensure that you have arrangements in place to cover for the planned and unplanned absence of these staff.
