How to report issues in UCL’s buildings

If you need to raise a request for maintenance or other services in UCL's academic buildings, you can do so via the new MyCampus system – read on to find out more.

Following a successful pilot last year, we’re rolling out the new MyCampus system to all UCL buildings except UCL East and Accommodation buildings.Ìý

You can use MyCampus to raise requests for a variety of things including:Ìý

  • Building repairs and maintenanceÌý
  • ¹ó³Ü°ù²Ô¾±³Ù³Ü°ù±ð/±è´Ç°ù³Ù±ð°ù²¹²µ±ðÌý
  • °ä±ô±ð²¹²Ô¾±²Ô²µ/³ó²â²µ¾±±ð²Ô±ðÌý
  • Heating, cooling and ventilationÌý
  • Power and lightingÌý
  • Waste managementÌý
  • ³¢¾±´Ú³Ù²õÌý
  • Leaks

Please report your issue to a member of the student accommodation staff team, who will make the request on your behalf. You can ask to be named as an alternative contact if you want to receive live updates about your request.Ìý Ìý
