On 13 July 2023 it was a pleasure to celebrate the graduation of UCL Engineering graduates. This included recent PhD graduate Dr Halan Mohamed, who completed her PhD in the NICE Group in the Centre for Nature Inspired Engineering (CNIE), under the guidance of Prof. Marc-Olivier Coppens. Halan's PhD thesis was titled "Kidney-inspired anti-fouling strategies for membrane-based water filtration".
