Theoretical models for mapping, understanding, developing and supporting change within Local Authorities and other organisations with which EPs work (Organisational Psychology) including: -Exploring and understanding various contexts -Organisational culture, ethos and structure -Communication systems -Management structures and systems -Information management -Learning orientations -Systems thinking Theoretical models for mapping and understanding the systems that EPs work within (Family Therapy models) including understanding of functioning, change and homeostasis in: -Families -Schools -Classrooms -Playgrounds -Peer groups -Community groups. Theoretical models and concepts for understanding learning, teaching and behaviour from an interactionist perspective. Theoretical models and concepts for understanding the psychology of change through applying: -A consultation framework -Narrative therapy -Solution focused approaches -Appreciative inquiry -Constructivist approaches
