Partner in Seward and Davison (q.v.), merchants of British Guiana. Variously given in sources as Henry Osburne, Henry Osborn and Henry Osborne Seward. Fl. 1808-1812 in British Guiana.

1. Reportedly involved in the development of Wellington Square, Cork from 1832 onwards. Shown as of Lee Cottage and Douglas, County Cork and Newcastle County Limerick on the granting of arms 26/07/1844.

2. Shown in 1839 on the marriage of his daughter Anne Eliza to William Worth Hoare as of Sidney Place Cork, formerly of the West Indies where ha had been 'an extensive merchant.'

3. An opponent of James Cropper's scheme for Ireland.
