  1. Mary Banks McDermott was likely related to the Charles McDermotts (Charles McDermott Testator, deceased, and Charles McD defendant in an 1811 Chancery case), perhaps as daughter and sister.

  2. Mary Banks McDermott married John Moseley McCaw, and by 1820 she became ‘natural Guardian to her children David McCaw, Edward McCaw, Mary Ann Munro, formerly Mary Ann McCaw, and Frances Mosley McCaw’; with Charles McDermott and John Kelly signing.

  3. Mary Banks McCaw, widow, burial, 6 March 1845, aged 67 years, abode Mosley Hall, buried in the Chapel yard, St Ann, Jamaica.
