We aim to provide British Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) students with information about the range of careers support available from a variety of companies, organisations and sectors.
Most UK graduate employers promote equal opportunities and diversity during their recruitment and selection processes and in the workplace. They recognise that employees from different backgrounds bring unique knowledge, skills and experience to their businesses. In addition, there are laws in place to protect people from discrimination in the workplace and in wider society.

Creative Diversity Network (CDN)
The CDN focuses on working with member broadcasters on sharing expertise, resources and models of good practice. These include modernising the casting and portrayal of ethnic minorities in mainstream programming and establishing industry standards for the collection of ethnic monitoring data.
