Lamya, now聽Assistant Professor at Sultan Qaboos University,聽did her PhD in the Purton group, SMB (2010鈥�2014)聽working on the development of cyanobacteria as industrial biotech platforms.

She is a researcher in biodiesel alternatives to oil, a TEDx motivational speaker, and the founder of the speaker platform 鈥溾�� which showcases role models to inspire younger generations.

She is also the founder of 鈥溾�� which works alongside and is supported by senior government officials, CEOs, business leaders and boards to provide effective and tailored training and coaching to individuals and organizations to help them achieve their potentials and aspirations.
